Digital Home for a Natural Landscape
A family-owned plot near Lidkovice, in the Sedlčany region of Central Bohemia, needed a dedicated digital presence ahead of its spring market launch. Having worked with us previously, the client returned to Warpaint to create a custom website that would communicate the property’s scale, setting and potential before prospective buyers arranged a visit.
We approached the site as a bespoke digital business card, designed around how prospective buyers would explore and assess the property. A typographic wordmark and nature-led colour palette established a clean, premium visual identity, while photography, drone footage and clear information on utilities, transport links and local amenities provided essential context. Interactive architectural visualisations, custom land mapping and a day-to-night lighting switch helped visitors picture the possibilities offered by the site and its panoramic surroundings. The result brings together atmosphere and practical information in a focused, intuitive experience.
