Lakomal Vrchlabi s.r.o. is a family-run painting, coating and wallpaper installation company. For years, they’ve grown through word-of-mouth in the town of Vrchlabi and the surrounding region. As leadership shifted to the next generation, the company aimed higher. They wanted to enter the Prague market and compete with larger, more established providers.
From the start, together we aimed to achieve a dual goal: preserve the identity their community trusted while revitalising the brand so it could speak to a broader, more competitive market.
They approached us with a need for a full rebrand and a modern, conversion-ready website that would position them for growth. With excitement, we accepted the challenge!
Our Approach and Build
We started with the essentials: how Lakomal works, what their clients value, and what holds them back in a bigger market. The goal was to modernize the brand while keeping the recognition they had built over decades.


We evolved the existing logo instead of replacing it. The new logo mark preserves the link to their brand’s heritage while introducing sharper lines, balanced proportions, and a cleaner, more intentional structure. The colour palette and typography build on familiar elements but deliver them with a more defined and assured tone.


The website was rebuilt from scratch. It is intuitive, responsive, and structured around how their clients make decisions, implying simple service breakdowns, strong project visuals, and direct contact points. The newly established SEO foundations and clean navigation support their visibility in Prague, while the content and layout build the sentiment of trust for both residential and corporate clients.




Adding to these changes, the print materials, vehicle graphics, and branded workwear now share one visual system. Every touchpoint looks consistent, professional, and aligned with how Lakomal wants to be seen in Prague.


Impact
Lakomal now shows up as a credible construction partner, equipped to forge new collaborations and enter new markets with confidence. The updated brand has helped them gain visibility in the capital and improved how clients and partners perceive their expertise. The website brings steady inquiries, and the unified identity supports both B2B and B2C opportunities.
